About Victoria Bresee
For the past 34 years, Victoria has had a private practice in Wellness and Spirituality. While at Iliff School of Theology, she earned a Master’s of Religion degree in Women’s Studies, studying Spiritual Direction, Meditation, and Psychosynthesis with Jane Vennard. Her spiritual counseling practice also draws on the work of Hal and Sidra Stone (Voice Dialogue), Brugh Joy, Thomas Merton, Thomas Keating (Centering Prayer), Harville Hendrix (Imago couples counseling), Luana Veo (Breathing Awareness) and Energy Psychology. She is a Registered Psychotherapist in Colorado, holds a diploma in Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in California, is a member of the American Hypnosis Association (AHA) and a Certified Biofield Practitioner.
Victoria’s career also includes advocacy for youth mental health and violence prevention, as well as many years as a college professor, teaching Spanish, Marriage & Family, and Comparative World Religions. Besides offering individual and group experiences, she is devoted to global perspectives of peace-making and social justice.
